Roasted Tomato Sauce

6 cups grape tomatoes

1 giant white onion

four cloves garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

half teaspoon sea salt


Directions

Preheat oven to 425˚ F. Toss tomatoes with chopped onion, chopped garlic, olive oil, and salt. Place in oven and bake for 30-35 minutes till tomatoes are tender and beginning to pop. Take away from oven and let cool for five minutes. Puree in a blender along with your selection of mix-ins.
